Noah Lifschey (formerly known as Stereo Lif) has been designated a supreme musical being by none other than his cat. He comes from a family of musicians (his father, Marc Lifschey, was a famed classical oboist) which he stretched out from early on into funk to prog to hard rock to electronic to bebop to alternative pop to soul.
He’s a Grammy-nominated, multiple award-winning multi-instrumentalist composer from San Francisco who craves/gulps/is sought out for the non-standard, which includes an analog modular synth lab, lots of real instruments, and of course the digital.
If you watch TV you’ve very likely heard his work, and just a few clients/work include Samsung VR, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Rag & Bone, Brain Zoo Animation, Two Bit Circus, MTV, Spectrum Sports & News Networks, Invincible, So You Think You Can Dance? and the Academy Awards.
He is endorsed by Steinberg (Cubase) and Dynaudio Pro. Did we mention he also has a great hat collection?
“In a genre that’s overloaded with ‘sameness’, Noah’s tracks carve out their own emotional identity and vibe, and he’s crafted some of the most interesting and unique music I’ve had the pleasure of working on.”– Rob Beaton, trailer music mixer (The Avengers, Game of Thrones, Black Panther)“I have worked with Noah for a while and I’m consistently in awe of his work. I truly admire his level of passion he puts into his craft.”– Tim Hoogenakker CAS – Re-recording Mixer (Game of Thrones, John Wick 2, The Innocent man)
